Ingredients:
- Canned White Tuna18 Ounces
- Canned Sweet Corn5 Ounces
- Onion1/2Chopped
- Cilantro1 BunchChopped
- Salsa2 Tablespoons
- Lime Juice1 Lime
- Hot SauceTo Taste
- Tostada Shells8
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Sour Cream
Preparation mode:
1) Flake the tuna and add to a mixing bowl.
2) Add in the onion, cilantro and corn. Toss all ingredients together.
3) Pour in lime juice and add the salsa. Add some hot sauce and mix thoroughly.
4) Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well readily.
5) Top the tostada shells with the prepared tuna mixture and top the mixture with sour cream and more hot sauce. Serve right away!
