Shrimp and Crab Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water
    2 Cups
  • White Rice
    1 Cups
  • Crab Meat
    1 Pounds
  • Frozen Shrimp
    24 Ounces
  • Mayonnaise
    2 Cups
  • Onion
    1 Cups
    Chopped
  • Hot Pepper Sauce
    1 Teaspoons
  • Milk
    2 Cups
  • Almonds
    1/2 Cups
    Sliced
  • Buttery Round Crackers
    10
    Crushed

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Shrimp and Crab Casserole Recipe:
1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Take a casserole dish and sligtly grease it.
3) Fill a stock pot with water and bring to a boil over high flame.
4) Turn the flame down to moderate and add the rice to the boiling water. Stir, cover and leave to cook for 15-20 minutes time. Drain and set aside once done.
5) Take a large bowl and mix together onion, milk, mayonnaise, shrimp, crab meat, hot sauce, almonds and the boiled rice.
6) Once mixed well enough, transfer the whole bowl mixture to the greased casserole dish.
7) Top with the crackers and bake for half an hour in the preheated oven.
