Boilermaker Tailgate Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef Chuck
    2 Pounds
    Minced
  • Italian Sausage
    1 Pounds
  • Canned Chili Beans
    45 Ounces
  • Chili Beans in Spicy Sauce
    15 Ounces
  • Canned Tomatoes
    56 Ounces
  • Tomato Paste
    6 Ounces
  • Yellow Onion
    1
    Choped
  • Celery
    3 Stalks
    Chopped
  • Green Bell Pepper
    1
    Chopped
  • Red Bell Pepper
    1
    Chopped
  • Green Chile Peppers
    2
    Chopped
  • Bacon Bits
    1 Tablespoons
  • Beef Bouillon
    4 cubes
  • Beer
    1/2 Cups
  • Chili Powder
    1/4 Cups
  • Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tablespoons
  • Oregano
    1 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Powder
    2 Teaspoons
  • Hot Pepper Sauce
    2 Teaspoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Basil
    1 Teaspoons
  • Paprika Powder
    1 Teaspoons
  • White Sugar
    1 Teaspoons
  • Cayenne Pepper
    1 Teaspoons
  • Corn Chips for topping
    As Needed
  • Cheddar Cheese for topping
    As Needed

Preparation mode:

1) Heat up a boiling pan over high flame.
2) Add sausage and minced chuck beef into the hot pan. Crumble using two forks.
3) Stir fry both until evenly brown. Discard any extra fat once done.
4) Add in the spicy chili beans, chili beans, tomatoes and tomato paste.
5) Mix thoroughly throughout and add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, chili peppers, bacon bits, bouillon and celery.
6) Toss and mix readily and stir in beer and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well throughout.
7) Sprinkle garlic, oregano, cumin, basil, salt, pepepr, cayenne pepper, paprika powder and sugar.
8) Add hot pepper sauce and mix repeatedly. Cover the pan and leave to cook for two hours time over low flame.
9) Serve in individual bowls and top each bowl with Cheddar Chips and corn chips.
