Fish in Foil Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Lemon
    1
    Sliced
  • Jalapeno Pepper
    1
    Sliced
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Garlic Salt
    2 Teaspoons
  • Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoons
  • Rainbow Trout Fillets
    2

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and heat it up to the 195 degree Celsius mark.
2) Drain the fish thoroughly and pat dry using paper towels.
3) Coat the fish with olive oil and then with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
4) Set up the seasoned fillet on an aluminium foil sheet. Top with jalapeno and lemon juice.
5) Top with lemon slices and seal the aluminium foil using the edges. Set up on a baking sheet.
6) Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes time. Once done, the fish should be tender.

Footnotes:

My youngest son never likes meat with smell in it, and I make this Fish in Foil Recipe for him which is a totally no smell fish meal. This dish has been a house favorite of my family since many many years. The flavors are amazing, especially the extra ones given by the peppers.
