Mustard Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings
    5 Pounds
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Garlic Powder
    2 Tablespoons
  • Onion Powder
    2 Tablespoons
  • MSG
    1 Tablespoons
  • Yellow Mustard
    3 Tablespoons
  • All Purpose Flour
    3 Cups
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation mode:

1) Take a bowla and mix together onion powder, black pepper, MSG, garlic powder and salt to taste.
2) Coat the chicken wings with the prepared spice mixture.
3) Then coat the wings with mustard. The best way to do the coating is to add the wings to a plastic bag and adding the mustard into it as well, then shaking to coat thoroughly.
4) Once done, coat the wings in flour and throw off any excess.
5) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
6) Once the oil is supet hot, throw in the prepared mustard wings and fry for 12 minutes, twisting and turning at regular intervals.
7) Once done, layer tissue papers on a serving dish. Set up the fried wings on the dish and serve.

Not to be confused with boneless mustard chicken, these Mustard Fried Chicken Recipe are delicious wings coated in a stunning mixture of spices and mustard. Super crispy and super amazing to the tongue. The preferred cooking method is to deep fry these amazing wings for the best results. The chicken is lovely!
