Ingredients:
- Oil for deep frying
- Eggs1
- Milk1/4 Cups
- All Purpose Flour2 Cups
- Mesquite Flavoring Mix2 Teaspoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Cayenne Pepper1/4 Teaspoons
- Garlic1/2 Teaspoons
- Cube Steaks2 PoundsBite Sized
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a deep frying pan over high flame.
2) Take a bowl and whisk egg and milk together.
3) Take another bowl and mix together mesquite seasoning,
flour, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
4) Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix all
ingredients well.
5) Coat the chicken pieces first with the egg mixture and then
with the flour mixture.
Note: Coat with the flour mixture thoroughly to cover.
6) Carefully add the coated chicken pices into the hot oil.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Note: Dont fry for more than 7 minutes or else the chicken
might burn in the hot deep frying oil.
