Ingredients:
- Sole FIllets4
- Eggs2
- Bread Crumbs1 Cups
- Vegetable Oil for deep frying
- Butter1 Cups
- Garlic2 ClovesChopped
- Chicken Broth1 Cups
- White Wine1/4 Cups
- Lemon Juice1 Lemon
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
Preparation mode:
1) Fill one bowl with eggs and another bowl with bread crumbs.
2) Coat the sole fish fillets first with egg and then with the bread crumbs.
3) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
4) Once the oil is super hot, fry the breaded fish fillets until evenly brown from all sides.
5) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate flame.
6) Throw in the garlic and saute for a couple minutes time.
6) Stir in broth, wine and lemon juice. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
7) Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix and heat through for a minute.
8) Turn off the flame and mix in parsley.
9) Serve the prepared butter topping over the fried sole fillets. Enjoy!
