Sole In Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Sole FIllets
    4
  • Eggs
    2
  • Bread Crumbs
    1 Cups
  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying
  • Butter
    1 Cups
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Chicken Broth
    1 Cups
  • White Wine
    1/4 Cups
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste

Preparation mode:

1) Fill one bowl with eggs and another bowl with bread crumbs.
2) Coat the sole fish fillets first with egg and then with the bread crumbs.
3) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
4) Once the oil is super hot, fry the breaded fish fillets until evenly brown from all sides.
5) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate flame.
6) Throw in the garlic and saute for a couple minutes time.
6) Stir in broth, wine and lemon juice. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
7) Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix and heat through for a minute.
8) Turn off the flame and mix in parsley.
9) Serve the prepared butter topping over the fried sole fillets. Enjoy!

This Sole In Butter Sauce Recipe is an extremely delicious fish meal that comes coated and topped with an outstanding butter sauce, enough to leave you begging for more once youre done eating. This is a perfectly light meal and can be served with rice or boiled vegetables.
