White Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Jack Cheese
    1 Cups
    Shredded
  • Canned White Beans
    45 Ounces
  • Chicken Breast
    3 Cups
    Cooked and Chopped
  • Chicken Broth
    29 Ounces
  • Cayenne Pepper
    1 Teaspoons
  • Oregano
    1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder
    2 Teaspoons
  • Green Chile Peppers
    4 Ounces
    Chopped
  • Jalapeno Peppers
    4 Ounces
    Diced
  • Garlic
    3 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Onion
    1
    Chopped
  • Vegetable Oil
    1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1) Heat up oil in a saucepan over moderate flame.
2) Throw in the onion and stir fry for a couple minutes.
3) Add jalapeno, garlic and green chili peppers. Stir fry until the veggies are slightly tender.
4) Sprinkle oregano, cayenne pepper and cumin powder. Stir fry until the peppers turn fully soft.
5) Stir in chicken broth and add white beans and chicken.
6) Mix and stir thoroughly and simmer for 15 minutes time over moderate low flame.
7) Turn off the flame and while the mixture is still hot, add cheese and mix to blend throughout. Serve hot!

White Chicken Chili Recipe makes for a mind blowing soup with white bean chili flavors. This is an extra spicy dish for all the spice fanatics out there! If it turns out unbearable for your liking, use jalapenos instead of green chillies. Use lots of cheese and watch the flavors fly!
