Ingredients:
- Jack Cheese1 CupsShredded
- Canned White Beans45 Ounces
- Chicken Breast3 CupsCooked and Chopped
- Chicken Broth29 Ounces
- Cayenne Pepper1 Teaspoons
- Oregano1 Teaspoons
- Cumin Powder2 Teaspoons
- Green Chile Peppers4 OuncesChopped
- Jalapeno Peppers4 OuncesDiced
- Garlic3 ClovesChopped
- Onion1Chopped
- Vegetable Oil1 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a saucepan over moderate flame.
2) Throw in the onion and stir fry for a couple minutes.
3) Add jalapeno, garlic and green chili peppers. Stir fry until the veggies are slightly tender.
4) Sprinkle oregano, cayenne pepper and cumin powder. Stir fry until the peppers turn fully soft.
5) Stir in chicken broth and add white beans and chicken.
6) Mix and stir thoroughly and simmer for 15 minutes time over moderate low flame.
7) Turn off the flame and while the mixture is still hot, add cheese and mix to blend throughout. Serve hot!
