Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Whole Peppercorns
    1 Teaspoons
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Butter
    1/2 Tablespoons
  • Cayenne Pepper
    1/4 Teaspoons
  • Ahi Tuna Steaks
    2
  • Salt
    To Taste

Preparation mode:

1) Coat the tuna fish steaks with salt to taste, and then with Cayenne Pepper.
2) Heat up butter in a skiller over moderate high flame.
3) Add the peppercorns mixture and fry until they turn soft and tender. This should take about 5 minutes time.
4) Add the coated tuna fish and fry for 4 minutes time, giving 2 minutes to either side.

I hate going to restaurants for exotic fish meals. Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks Recipe is a dish any restaurant would be jealous of, because it is just out of this world. The ease with which it can be cooked is unbelievable, considering how delicious it tastes. Just 6 ingredients, and barely 20 minutes to cook a fantastic tuna meal !
