Cuban Style Fried Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying
  • Lemon
    1
    Sliced for garnishing
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Ground Black Pepper
    To Taste
  • Cumin
    1 Teaspoons
  • Oregano
    1 Tablespoons
  • Eggs
    2
  • Bread Crumbs
    3 Cups
    Dry
  • Cube Steaks
    4

Preparation mode:

1) Take a bowl and mix together orgegano, breadcrumbs, cumin, salt and black pepper.
2) Take another bowl and beat the eggs in it.
3) Dip and coat the cube steaks first in the beaten eggs and then in the bread crumb mixture.
4) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame.
5) Once the oil is hot, add the steaks and fry them until well browned.
6) Once done, turn and fry the other side in the same way too. Serve with rice and coleslaw!

This Cuban Style Fried Steak Recipe makes for gorgeously coated and crispy steak bites. A wonderfully yummy meal that can be served as an appetizer or a main course meal with rice and salad. The dish has an incredible Latin touch to it, makes it all the more tasty to have.
