Ingredients:
- Garlic1 ClovesChopped
- Black PepperTo Taste
- Cornstarch1 Teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil1 Teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
- Onion1/2Sliced
- Fresh Green Beans2 Cups
- Chicken Broth1/4 Cups
- Soy Sauce1 Teaspoons
- Beef Sirloin1 PoundsSliced
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together ground black pepper, cornstarch, vegetable oil and garlic.
2) Add in the beef and mix well wihtin the whole mixture.
3) Heat up oil in a large skillet over high flame.
4) Add the marinated beef and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
5) Once the beef starts turning brown, set it aside in a new bowl.
6) In the same skillet, heat up a tablespoon of oil. Add onion and stir fry until soft.
7) Add in the green beans and stir in broth. Mix and heat through. Cover the skillet and bring to a simmer over moderate flame.
8) The beans should be soft. Add the beef and soy sauce. Stir readily over flame for a couple minutes. Serve hot!
