Thit Bo Xao Dau Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Garlic
    1 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Black Pepper
    To Taste
  • Cornstarch
    1 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil
    1 Teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil
    3 Tablespoons
  • Onion
    1/2
    Sliced
  • Fresh Green Beans
    2 Cups
  • Chicken Broth
    1/4 Cups
  • Soy Sauce
    1 Teaspoons
  • Beef Sirloin
    1 Pounds
    Sliced

Preparation mode:

1) Take a bowl and mix together ground black pepper, cornstarch, vegetable oil and garlic.
2) Add in the beef and mix well wihtin the whole mixture.
3) Heat up oil in a large skillet over high flame.
4) Add the marinated beef and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
5) Once the beef starts turning brown, set it aside in a new bowl.
6) In the same skillet, heat up a tablespoon of oil. Add onion and stir fry until soft.
7) Add in the green beans and stir in broth. Mix and heat through. Cover the skillet and bring to a simmer over moderate flame.
8) The beans should be soft. Add the beef and soy sauce. Stir readily over flame for a couple minutes. Serve hot!

Thit Bo Xao Dau Recipe is an absolutely wonderful Vietnamese stir fry dish that is sure to blow your tongues off with its stunning flavors. Surely one of the best beef and veggies stir fry dishes out there. Easy and quick to prepared and a very well balanced dish. Id have this over my favorite boiled rice any day of the week.
