Ingredients:
- Vegetable Oil2 Tablespoons
- Pork Loin2 PoundsCubed
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- Green Bell Pepper1Sliced
- Onion1/2Sliced
- Garlic4 ClovesChopped
- All Purpose Flour2 Tablespoons
- White Sugar1/2 Cups
- White Wine1/4 Cups
- Red Wine Vinegar1/4 Cups
- Water1/4 Cups
- Soy Sauce3 Tablespoons
- Ketchup2.5 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame.
2) Add pork to the hot oil and season with salt to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes.
3) Once done, turn the pork and season with more salt to taste. Fry for 5 more minures.
4) Enclose the fried pork in aluminium foil to keep it well warmed.
5) Heat up butter in the skillet over moderate flame.
6) Add onion, garlic and bell pepper. Stir fry until the onion turns soft.
7) Add sugar, flour and stir readily for a minute over flame.
8) Pour in water, vinegar and wine, followed by ketchup and soy sauce.
9) Sprinkle black pepper and mix all ingredients thoroughly together.
10) Turn the flame down to low and thicken the sauce over flame.
11) Add the pork pieces back into the skillet, coat well and heat through.
