Ingredients:
- Cilantro for garnishing
- Garam Masala1 Teaspoons
- Water1/4 Cups
- Medium Shrimp2 PoundsPeeled and Deveined
- Red Chile Pepper1 Teaspoons
- Tomatoes1Chopped
- Turmeric Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Coriander1 Teaspoons
- Garlic Ginger Pasta1 Tablespoons
- Curry Leaves10
- Onion1Chopped
- Vegetable Oil1/4 Cups
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame.
2) Stir fry the onions for 3 minutes or until evenly brown.
3) Add the ginger garlic paste, coriander and curry leaves. Mix and season with salt to taste.
4) Cook for a minute and add turmeric powder.
5) Add chile powder, tomato and water. Throw in the shrimp and mix throughout.
6) Turn the flame down to moderate and leave to cook for around 12 minutes time.
7) Add more salt or chile powder if felt necassary.
8) Mix in some garam masala and turn off the flame. Garnish with Cilantro and serve!
