Ingredients:
- Pasta24 Ounces
- Olive Oil2 Tablespoons
- Onion1Chopped
- Chicken Breasts2Boneless and bite sized pieces
- Shrimp1 PoundsPeeled and Deveined
- Garlic Powder1 Teaspoons
- Paprika Powder1 Tablespoons
- Cajun Seasoning1 Tablespoons
- Sugar1 Tablespoons
- Oregano1 Teaspoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Hot Sauce1 Tablespoons
- Kielbasa1 PoundsBite Sized pieces
- Canned Tomatoes28 OuncesDiced
- Cornstarch1 Tablespoons
- Water2 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Fill a stock pot with water and bring to a boil over high flame.
2) Add in the pasta and turn the flame down to moderate. Boil for about 12 minutes time. Drain and set aside.
3) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame and stir fry the onion.
4) Once the onion is trasparent, add in the garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, cajun seasoning and hot sauce.
5) Heat through for a minute, then add chicken, shrimp and sugar. Stir thoroughly and cook for 10 minutes over high flame.
6) Add tomatoes and kielbasa slices. Stir fry with the mixture for a couple minutes.
7) Make cornstarch and water mixture in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the skillet.
8) Turn the flame down to moderate and cook until smooth and creamy.
9) Set up the boiled pasta on a serving dish and top with the cooked mixture. Enjoy hot!
