Ingredients:
- Lemon Juice1 Tablespoons
- Red Snapper Fillets1 Pounds
- Parsley1/2 TablespoonsChopped
- Red Pepper Flakes1/4 Teaspoons
- Black Olives1/2 CupsSliced
- Capers2 TablespoonsChopped
- Canned Tomatoes5Chopped
- Garlic2 ClovesChopped
- Onion1/2Diced
- Olive Oil2 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 205 degree Celsius mark.
2) Heat up olive oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Add onion and fry until soft.
3) Add garlic to the onion and fry for a minute.
4) Add olives, capers, tomatoes, parsley and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir fry and bring the mixture to a boil.
5) Layer up half cup of the sauce on a baking dish and top with the red snapper fillets.
6) Top the fillets layer with the lemon juice and then with the remaining half cup of the sauce.
7) Bake for 15 minutes time in the preheated oven. In case of thick fish fillets, bake for half an hour atleast.
