Ingredients:
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Swordfish Steaks2 Pounds
- Capers1/4 Cups
- Pine Nuts2 Ounces
- Green Olives10Chopped
- Tomatoes1/2 PoundsDiced
- Garlic1 ClovesChopped
- Onion1Chopped
- Olive Oil5 Tablespoons
- Raisins3 Ounces
Preparation mode:
1) Fill a bowl with luke warm water and dip in the raisins. Leave for half hour.
2) Drain the raisins thoroughly and set aside to let cool.
3) Flame the baking oven up to the 205 degree Celsius mark.
4) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame. Fry garlic and onion until tender.
5) Throw in pine nuts, capers, olives, tomatoes and raisins. Stir fry for a minute.
6) Cover the skillet and turn the flame to moderate. Leave to cook for 15 mintues time.
7) Coat the Sword fish steaks with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
8) Slightly grease a baking dish and set up the seasoned steaks on it.
9) Top the steaks with the prepared sauce. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve!
