Chicken Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Beast Halves
    2
    Boneless and Pre cooked
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
    2
  • Potatoes
    3
    Pre Boiled
  • Pickled Cucumbers
    1.25 Cups
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise
    2/3 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Place the eggs, potatoes, pickled cucumbers and chicken on a cuttin platter.
2) Chop all items into bite sized pieces or dice them.
3) Toss together readily and pour mayonnaise and olive oil over.
4) Toss readily to coat and mix well. Transfer to a salad bowl and cover it.
5) Refrigerate for over 2 hours and serve your super easy and super delicious salad!
