Ingredients:
- White Sugar1 Cups
- All Purpose Flour1/4 Cups
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Mustard Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Water2 Cups
- Soy Sauce1/2 Cups
- Vinegar1/2 Cups
- Garlic2 ClovesMinced
- Vegetable Oil1 Tablespoons
- Pork Ribs2 PoundsCut into chunks
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together mustard, sugar and flour.
2) Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and mix all ingredients readily together.
3) Add water to the bowl, followed by vinegar and soy sauce. Whisk thoroughly.
4) Fill a cooking pan with water and dip the pork ribs in it. Boil for about 12 minutes time. Drain and set aside.
5) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Fry the rubs until evenly brown overall.
6) Stir in the prepared sauce. Coat the ribs well with the sauce and bring the mixture to a boil. Do this by turning the flame down to low and leaving to simmer for half an hour.
7) Add the garlic and cook for an additional 15 minutes time. Serve hot!
