Szechuan Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Honey Mustard
    1/2 Cups
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
    1/2 Cups
  • Eggs
    2
    Beaten
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Chicken Drumsticks
    12
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
    4 Cups
  • Vegetable Oil
    4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Take a mixing bowl and toss garlic and crushed red pepper together.
2) Mix in cornstarch and soy sauce. Mix and distribute thoroughly throughout.
3) Heat up oil in a skillet over high flame.
4) Add in the beef and stir fry until all pink color has gone.
5) Add onions, broccoli and water chestnuts. Stir well and fry for a couple of minutes.
6) Stir in chicken broth and mix readily throughout. Bring the mixture to a boil.
7) Once brought to a boil, throw in the peanuts, mix and heat through. Serve!

One of the best stir fried dishes you will found out there, this Szechuan Beef Recipe is super flavorful and very spicy. A deliciously amazing meal if served with Chinese or Singaporean fried rice. For even more enhanced flavors, increase the amount of soy sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce.
