Ingredients:
- Pork Sausage1 PoundsGround
- Worcestershire Sauce2 Teaspoons
- Hard Boiled Eggs4
- All Purpose Flour1 Tablespoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Eggs1
- Bread Crumbs2/3 Cups
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together Worcestershire Sauce and pork sausage.
2) Add flour, followed by salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3) Mix thoroughly using your hands and divide the mixture into equal parts.
4) Dont slice the eggs just yet. Wrap each egg with the prepared sausage mixture.
5) Fill one bowl with bread crumbs and one with egg.
6) Coat the prepared wrapped eggs with the egg and then with the bread crumbs.
7) Heat up oil in a deep fryer ove rhigh flame and fry the scotch eggs until dark brown. Slice in half and serve!
