Scotch Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pork Sausage
    1 Pounds
    Ground
  • Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Teaspoons
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
    4
  • All Purpose Flour
    1 Tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Eggs
    1
  • Bread Crumbs
    2/3 Cups
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation mode:

1) Take a bowl and mix together Worcestershire Sauce and pork sausage.
2) Add flour, followed by salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3) Mix thoroughly using your hands and divide the mixture into equal parts.
4) Dont slice the eggs just yet. Wrap each egg with the prepared sausage mixture.
5) Fill one bowl with bread crumbs and one with egg.
6) Coat the prepared wrapped eggs with the egg and then with the bread crumbs.
7) Heat up oil in a deep fryer ove rhigh flame and fry the scotch eggs until dark brown. Slice in half and serve!

Scotch Eggs Recipe are boiled eggs wrapped in a stunning minced meat mixture. These are the Western version of the Indian classic dish named "Nargasi Kofta". This version of a dish is a real party pleaser and is super versatile. Can be served with just about anything, rice, salad, bread!
