Ingredients:
- Large Shrimp2 PoundsPeeled and Deveined
- Paprika Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Chives2 TablespoonsChopped
- Shallots1 Tablespoons
- Garlic1 Tablespoons
- Olive Oil1/4 Cups
- Butter6 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Prepare the outdoor grill and heat it up to high heat.
2) Take a bowl and whisk together olive oil, butter, shallots, chives and garlic.
3) Add salt, black pepper and paprika powder to the bowl. Mix well.
4) Finally, add shrimp to the bowl. Toss repeatedly to coat the shrimp readily with the batter.
5) Slightly grease the grill grate and place the shrimp on it. Grill for about 6 minutes, giving 3 minutes to either side.
