Thai Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable Oil for deep frying
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
    4 Cups
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Chicken Drumsticks
    12
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Eggs
    2
    Beaten
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
    1/2 Cups
  • Honey Mustard
    1/2 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Take a bowl and mix together salt, eggs, chili sauce and honey mustard.
2) Whisk well and add the chicken to the bowl. Turn and mix well with the marinade. Refrigerate the bowl for several hours.
3) Flame the baking oven up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
4) Layer up a dish with bread crumbs and coat the marinated chicken with them.
5) Heat up oil in a deep frying skillet over high flame.
6) Once the oil is super hot, add the coated chicken and fry for about 8 minutes time.
7) Now transfer the fried chicken to a baking sheet.
8) Bake for half an hour in the preheated oven or until all the juices have gone. Serve instantly!

Thai Fried Chicken Recipe is one of the most eaten deep fried chicken dishes at my place. A deliciously flavored sweet chili sauce and honey coating gives this chicken a stunning taste. This has to be one of the most perfect bread crumb batters out there. Serve with fried rice or french fries and salad.
