Ingredients:
- Lean Beef2 PoundsMinced

- Tomato Sauce30 Ounces

Preparation mode:
1) Heat up a large skillet over flame slightly higher than moderate.
2) Add the minced beef to the hot skillet. Stir fry until brown.
3) Set up the fried beef in a bowl and drain off all the excess fat.
4) Crumble the beef using two forks and leave aside for a little time.
5) Take a bowl and mix together canned tomato juice, tomato sauce, onion, celery and green bell pepper in a bowl.
6) Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, white sugar, cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
7) Finally add in the canned red beans, followed by the fried beef.
8) Mix thoroughly and transfer all contents of the bowl to a large kettle. Bring to a boil.
