Flatlander Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Lean Beef
    2 Pounds
    Minced
  • Tomato Juice
    46 fluid ounce
  • Tomato Sauce
    30 Ounces
  • Onion
    1.5 Cups
    Chopped
  • Celery
    1/2 Cups
    Chopped
  • Green Bell Pepper
    1/4 Cups
    Chopped
  • Chili Powder
    1/4 Cups
  • Cumin
    2 Teaspoons
  • Garlic Powder
    1.5 Teaspoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Oregano
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • White Sugar
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Cayenne Pepper
    1/8 Teaspoons
  • Canned Red Beans
    2 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Heat up a large skillet over flame slightly higher than moderate.
2) Add the minced beef to the hot skillet. Stir fry until brown.
3) Set up the fried beef in a bowl and drain off all the excess fat.
4) Crumble the beef using two forks and leave aside for a little time.
5) Take a bowl and mix together canned tomato juice, tomato sauce, onion, celery and green bell pepper in a bowl.
6) Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, white sugar, cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
7) Finally add in the canned red beans, followed by the fried beef.
8) Mix thoroughly and transfer all contents of the bowl to a large kettle. Bring to a boil.

Super easy to make and delicious to eat, this Flatlander Chili Recipe is a super family favorite always! I would eat this chili dish till my stomach explodes, what a perfectly balanced dish this is. No alterations needed in this, one it is just simply fabulous! Serve over white rice or boiled pasta!
