Ingredients:
- Lean Beef2 PoundsMinced
- Tomato Juice46 fluid ounce
- Canned Tomato Sauce30 Ounces
- Canned Kidney Beans15 Ounces
- Canned Pinto Beans15 Ounces
- Onion1.5 CupsChopped
- Green Bell Pepper1/4 CupsChopped
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Oregano1/2 Teaspoons
- White Sugar1/2 Teaspoons
- Cayenne Pepper1/8 Teaspoons
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up a skillet over moderate flame.
2) Throw in the minced beef. Stir fry for 15 minutes over moderate flame.
3) Once the beef is evenly brown, chop and crumble inside the skillet.
4) Transfer the beef to a new cooking pan.
5) Add tomato juice, tomato sauce, pinto beans, onions, bell pepper, kidney beans, cayenne pepper, oregano, sugar, black pepper, cumin, chili powder and salt.
6) Mix and stir well and bring the mixture to a boil over moderate flame.
7) Once done, turn the flame down to low and leave to cook for an hour and a half. Serve hot!
