Ingredients:
- Eggs1
- Buttermilk2 Cups
- Grill Seasoning2 Tablespoons
- All Purpose Flour1/2 Cups
- Garlic Powder2 Teaspoons
- Salt and Black PepperTo Taste
- Canola Oil for deep frying
- Beef Sirloin Steak1.5 PoundsBoneless
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and whisk together grill seasoning, buttermilk, egg, half a cup flour.
2) Add in the boneless beef and mix readily throughout.
3) Cover the bowl using a plate or with plastic paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
4) In a new bowl, mix together salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder and 2.5 cups flour.
5) Take the beef steaks out of the butterlink marinade and season them with the prepared flour mixture.
6) Once all steaks are seasoned, set them up on a baking sheet. Freeze the sheet for over 1 hour.
7) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
8) once the oil is hot, fry the coated steaks in it for about 6 minutes time.
9) Once done, the steaks should be just dark brown. Dont burn them. Serve on tissue papered platters.
