Crab Crusted Grouper Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Parmesan Cheese
    2 Tablespoons
    Seasoned with Bread Crumbs
  • Red Bell Pepper
    2 Tablespoons
    Chopped
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
    2 Tablespoons
    Chopped
  • Green Onions
    2
    Chopped
  • Jalapeno Pepper
    1/4
    Chopped
  • Butter
    4 Tablespoons
  • Mozzarella Cheese
    2 Tablespoons
    Shredded
  • Canned Crabmeat
    6 Ounces
    Flaked
  • Grouper Fish Fillets
    4

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 185 degree Celsius mark.
2) Take a bowl and mix together green onions, red pepper, bread crumbs and yellow pepper.
3) Add butter, crabmeat, jalapeno and mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Toss readily!
4) Set up the Grouper fish fillets on a baking dish and top with the prepared bread crumb crab mixture.
5) Bake for half an hour in the preheated oven or until the fish is well cooked.

Footnotes:

Crab Crusted Grouper Recipe is an amazingly crispy and crunchy fish topped with a wonderful crab, pepper and cheese mixture. This is not at all hard to make and you may use any type of cheese you would like, depending on your tastes. I would recommend using Italian cheeses in this dish. Enjoy!
