Low Country Boil Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Seafood Seasoning
    1 Tablespoons
  • Potatoes
    5 Pounds
  • Kielbasa Sausage
    48 Ounces
    Cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
  • Fresh Corn
    8 ears
  • Whole Crab
    5 Pounds
    Cut in pieces
  • Fresh Shrimp
    4 Pounds
    Peeled and Deveined

Preparation mode:

1) Take an outdoor cooker and fill it with water. Heat up water but dont boil it.
2) Add the Old Bay Seasoning, mix readily and bring the mixture to a boil.
3) Throw in the sausage, followed by potatoes and boil for about 12 minutes time.
4) Add the crabmeat and corn and boil for an additional 5 minutes time.
5) Once done, throw in the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
6) Drain all items thoroughly and set up on a serving platter. Top with some lemon juice and serve!
