Ingredients:
- Sugar2 Cups
- Cream2 Cups
- Eggs3
Preparation mode:
1) Take a pan, grease and flour it. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, Chinese flour, sugar, milk, baking powder. Keep on mixing and stirring to get fluffy look.
3) Pour the batter over the pan. Bake for two hours, or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4) Let it cool. Top with frosting of fruits. Serve with tea.

This Chinese cake has none of the unique ingredients, but it definitely tastes better you’re your traditional desserts. The reason behind it is that the cake has been added with special Chinese cream. This has whipped sweet cream onto the top and within the layers. It will surely water your mouth.
