Ingredients:
- Olive Oil2 Teaspoons
- Boneless ChickenOf 2 Chicken BreastsBite Sized Pieces
- Kielbasa8 OuncesDiced
- Onion1Diced
- Green Bell pepper1Diced
- Celery1/2 CupsDiced
- Garlic2 TablespoonsChopped
- Cayenne Pepper1/4 Teaspoons
- Hot Pepper Sauce1 Teaspoons
- Worcestershire Sauce2 Teaspoons
- Bay Leaves3
- Chicken Stock4 Cups
- White Rice2 CupsUncooked
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Onion Powder1/2 Teaspoons
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate high flame.
2) Throw in the kielbasa and chicken. Stir fry until just evenly brown. This should take abot 3-5 minutes.
3) Add bell pepper, onion, celery and garlic. Stir fry for a minute.
4) Sprinkle onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and ground black pepper. Mix and fry until the onions turn soft.
5) Add in the rice and pour in chicken stock with bay leaves.
6) Stir thoroughly and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the flame down to moderate and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
7) Mix in hot pepper sauce and worcestershire sauce, after which, heat through and serve!
