Ingredients:
- Olive Oil6 Tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar3 Tablespoons
- Honey1 Tablespoons
- Oregano1 TablespoonsCrushed
- Chili Powder1.5 Teaspoons
- Mustard1 Teaspoons
- Garlic1 ClovesChopped
- SaltTo Taste
- Black peppercorns1/4 TeaspoonsCrushed
- RaisinsTo Taste
- Walnuts14Halved and Crushed
- Cherry Tomatoes5Halved
- Carrots1/2Grated
- Avocado1/2Peeled and Diced
- Orange Bell Pepper1/2Diced
- Bosc Pear1Cubed
- Onion1/2Diced
- Red Cabbage1/4Chopped
- Romaine Lettuce1 headChopped
- Kale1/3 BunchChopped
- Collard Leaves4Chopped
Preparation mode:
1) Take a large mixing bowl and toss together kale, collard greens,
cabbage, pear, onion, avocaco, orange bell pepper, walnuts, tomatoes
and rasins.
2) Let us now prepare the dressing. Take a new bowl and mix togeyher honey, vinegar and olive oil.
3) Add oregano, mustard, chili powder and garlic to the bowl. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
4) Transfer the prepared dressing into a closable jar. Seal the jar tightly and shake repeatedly to mix well.
5) Pour the preprared dressing into the tossed salad bowl. Toss and mix to coat readily. Serve!
