Veggie Pizza Square Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Crescent Rolls
    8 Ounces
  • Cream Cheese
    8 Ounces
  • Ranch-Style Dressing Mix
    1 Ounces
  • Carrots
    2
  • Chopped Red Bell Peppers
    1 Cups
  • Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1 Cups
  • Fresh Broccoli
    1 Cups
  • Chopped Green Onions
    1 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
2) Make pizza dough and stretch to give it rectangular shape. Bake for 15 minutes until it turns to golden brown. Allow to cool.
3) Spread cream cheese over it, and add carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli and green onions on top.
4) Reheat in oven until the cheese melts. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before cutting the slices.

Footnotes:

Veggie pizza is great for the kids who don’t love vegetables a lot. Moms can easily make this pizza at home, adding the seasonal veggies so that your kids enjoy this healthy meal.
