Sauteed Scallops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Scallops
    1 Pounds
  • Rosemary Sprigs
    2
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Butter
    1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Heat up butter in a non stick skillet over moderate high flame.
2) Add in the chopped garlic and rosemary. Stir fry for a minute or until just fragrant.
3) Add the scallops and fry for 4 minutes, giving 2 minutes to either side.
4) Discard the rosemary and garlic from the pan and serve the scallops.
Note: For easy removal of garlic and rosemary, use sliced garlic and large rosemary sprigs.

Footnotes:

Sauteed Scallops Recipe is expected to be more difficult to make than it actually is, because it is just simply outstanding. The garlic and rosemary flavors make this a magical dish, however I like using more garlic and less rosemary. You can adjust the amounts according to you taste! Practice makes perfect, so do try this!
