Ingredients:
- Pancake Mix3 Tablespoons
- Yellow Mustard1 Tablespoons
- MayonnaiseTo Taste
- Eggs1Beaten
- Vegetable Oil for deep frying
- Crabmeat Flakes1 OuncesPre Cooked
- Parsley1 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together mustard and pancake mix.
2) Add mayonnaise and egg. Whisk well altogether and sprinkle parsley. Mix.
3) Add the crabmeat to the bowl and using your hands mix thoroughly within the mixture.
4) Form pattie shapews out of the mixture.
5) Heat up oil in a deep frying pan over high flame.
6) Once the oil is super hot, carefully dip the prepared patties in.
7) Fry for about 18 minutes time, giving 9 minutes to tiehr side. Once done, serve on tissue papered platters.
