Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef Stew Meat
    2 Pounds
    Bite Sized Pieces
  • All Purpose Flour
    1/4 Cups
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Garlic
    1 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Bay Leaf
    1
  • Paprika Powder
    1 Teaspoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Teaspoons
  • Onion
    1
    Chopped
  • Beef Broth
    1.5 Cups
  • Potatoes
    3
    Diced
  • Carrots
    4
    Sliced

Preparation mode:

1) Add meat to a slow cooker.
2) In a deep dish, mix together flour, salt and ground black pepper.
3) Sprinkle the flour mixture over the meat of the slow cooker.
4) Turn and coat the meat with the flour spices.
5) Take a new bowl and mix together bay leaf, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire, onion, beef broth, carrots, potatoes and celery.
6) Top thw slow cooker seasoned meat with the bowl contents.
7) Set the cooker on low and cook for 12 hours time. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving!
