Ingredients:
- Catfish Fillets4
- Lemon Juice1 Tablespoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Parmesan Cheese1/4 CupsGrated
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- Mayonnaise1.5 Tablespoons
- Plum Tomatoes4Sliced
Preparation mode:
1) Prepare the ovens broiler and heat it up.
2) Slightly grease a broiling pan with butter or non stick spray.
3) Coat the catfish fillets with lemon juice and then season with salt and ground black pepper.
4) Set up the seasoned catfish on the greased broiling pan.
5) Take a bowl and whisk together butter, mayonnaise and Parmesan Cheese.
6) Place the broiling pan in the broiler and broil the fish for about 4-7 minutes time.
7) Turn the fillet and top them with the prepared cheese mixture and tomato slices.
8) Broil for 5 more minutes or until the catfish is just done. Serve hot!
