Ingredients:
- Whole Chicken1Boneless and Cubed
- Wild Rice2 CupsCooked
- Asparagus1/2 Pounds
- Hoisin Sauce3 Tablespoons
- Brown Sugar1 Tablespoons
- Peanut Oil4 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Slice up the asaparagus into 1 inch chunks and discard all the bottom of spears.
2) Take a bowl and mix together hoisin sauce and brown sugar.
3) Heat up the cooked rice and keep them warm and covered.
4) Heat up a skillet over moderate high flame. Coat the surface of the skillet with oil.
5) Add the sliced aparagus and stir fry for a couple of minutes in the greasy skillet. Set aside.
6) In the same skillet, turn the flame to high and add a couple tablespoons of oil.
7) Add the chicken pieces and stir fry until the chicken is more than half cooked.
8) Add the fried asparagus and stir in the brown sugar mixtue. Mix and coat readily.
9) Serve the prepared mixture over the hot rice.
