Ingredients:
- Balsamic Vinegar1/4 Cups
- Soy Sauce1/4 Cups
- Lemon Juice1/4 Cups
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Brown Sugar1 Tablespoons
- Ginger1.5 Teaspoons
- Paprika Powder1 Teaspoons
- Red Pepper Flakes1 Teaspoons
- Green Onions1/4 CupsChopped
- Garlic4 ClovesChopped
- Peanut Oil1/2 Cups
- Sesame Oil1 Teaspoons
- Salmon Fillets8Boneless
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and whisk together lemon juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
2) Sprinkle salt to taste and mix in paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, ginger and brown sugar. Whisk readily.
3) Add garlic, sesame oil, peanut oil and green onions. Whisk until all ingredients have blended well into each other.
4) Transfer the prepared mixture into a large resealable plastic bag.
5) Add the salmon to the bag. Seal and shake the bag readily to coat the fish. Refrigerate the bag for over 2 hours.
6) Heat up the grill to high heat and grill the marinated Salmon on it for 8 minutes, giving 4 minutes to either side.
