Arrabbiata Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Peeled & Diced Tomatoes
    29 Ounces
  • Chopped Onion 
    1
  • Minched Garlic
    4
  • Olive Oil
    1
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1
  • Italian Seasoning
    /2
  • Ground Black Pepper
    1/4
  • Tomato Paste
    2
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley 
    2
  • Chopped Fresh Basil
    1
  • White Sugar
    1
  • Lemon Juice
    1

Preparation mode:

1) Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
2) Stir in peeled and diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, black pepper, tomato paste, chopped basil, , white sugar and bring to a boil.
3) Simmer it uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat.
4) Stir in fresh parsley and enjoy with your favorite pasta.

Italian people love Arrabbiata Sauce and if any Italian won’t find this sauce at any restaurant while living abroad, make it at home. The sauce is very spicy, flavorful, yummy and very easy to prepare in quick time. It would provide good taste even better than any restaurant sauce.
