Join a Gym
The very first and important thing you need to keep in mind is to join a gym. Due to the so much workload, you may find it difficult to get some time for gym, but still you have to manage. Regular workout sessions can give great strength to your muscles and can keep the bones and joints strong. This never matters what age group you belong to, you can always make workout a part of your daily routine.
Brisk Walk
Not only gym but also brisk walk is essential for strong muscles and powerful bones. Step out of your house every day and visit a nearby park/garden for brisk walk. Use Ice Packs
