Blackened Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Butter
    2 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Cajun Seasoning
    2 Tablespoons
  • Tuna Steaks
    1.5 Pounds

Preparation mode:

1) Wash and rinse the tuna thoroughly under warm water. Drain well and set aside.
2) Once dried, season the tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning.
3) Heat up oil and butter in a skillet over high flame.
4) Once the oil is super hot, throw in the seasoned fish.
5) Fry for about 4 minutes time and then turn the fish.
6) Fry for 4 more minutes or until the other side is done too. Serve hot!

Fish lovers have got to learn to cook dishes like this Blackened Tuna Recipe. Not only is this a very delicious dish to have, but the ease and simpleness required to make it is quite remarkable to say the least. It is my favorite Tuna meal at home. My wife loves it too, so will you!
