Determine Your Skin Tone in Changing Seasons

With the changes in seasons, we often have different skin tones. There may be dark color in winters and somewhat fair complexion during summer season. The out layer of the skin has a pigment named as Melanin, which is responsible for the skin tone. The excessive melanin means you would have darker skin, and if its amount is reduced, your skin is going to be white enough. Before you understand your skin tone and try to use the products accordingly, you need to understand the functioning of melanin. Melanin serves as a defense of the internal body parts against harmful rays of the sun and other climatic effects.
Check out how to determine your skin tone in changing seasons.
Know Your Skin Type
Often the men and women have extremely dry skin in winters and too much oil and sweat during the summers. This means you cannot have one skin type. The very first thing is to know your skin type in the changing seasons. If you live in area with cold environment, you need to moisturize your skin with a quality cream again and again to get rid of dryness. In the same way, when the area you belong to is hot, you would suffer from extreme sweating and oily skin. In such a situation, an anti-aging, and anti-wrinkle cream can work effectively.
Stay Hydrated
It doesn’t matter which are you belong you, your skin always need hydration. Staying hydrated is possible if you intake excessive water, juices, and milk. Studies have proved that two to three glasses of milk are must for people of all age groups. As we all know that milk is a complete diet. It provides the body with sufficient proteins and calcium—the ingredients that are skin-friendly too. Stay hydrated by drinking about ten glasses of water every day.
Avoid Too Many Skincare Products
Don’t use so many skincare products. It is better to be simple in selecting the right kind of moisturizer and giving it preference season after season. You must remember that your skin is not made to do experiments with. If you would use trial beauty products, you would damage your skin.
