We all know that mast cells are present in connective tissues and basophils. These are white blood cells, having their own functions and duties to perform. Even a minor disturbance in their job can lead to allergy because these cells contain histamine, an important element that fights against infection and allergic reactions. When the season changes, we often suffer from allergy. This is because the air we breathe in and the environment we live in contain so many pollutants.
