Pumpkin and Watermelon Seeds
The consumption of pumpkin and watermelon seeds is highly effective. According to studies, the pumpkin seeds treat difficult urination and prostate. These have diuretic properties and are rich of zinc which is helpful in repairing and building the immune system. On the other hand, watermelon seeds help to get rid of multiple bladder problems and prostate complications. It is, thus, mandatory for the men to enjoy the seeds of pumpkin and watermelon in the crushed form. You can even make its tea and drink once or twice a day for better results.
Corn Silk
The silk obtained from corn has great nutrients that prevent from prostate enlargement. Cut the silk from six ears of corn and drink them by mixing in water. You can either drink the liquid in cold form or somewhat hot. This treats many of the prostate and urinary system problems.
Change Your Dieting Habits
Intake of healthy diets is very much important. Fish should be given preference over the beef and chicken because it contains omega-3 that treats with urine problems in a better way. You can eat tuna, mackerel, or salmon. Not only this but also the consumption of soy foods is good for nipping prostate problems in the bud. These foods are rich in phytoestrogens which helps in reducing testosterone production that aggravates prostate cancer.
Last but not the least, you must drink tomato juice and orange juice. These two juices not only provide your body with sufficient vitamin C, but also help strengthen the immune system.
Maintain Your Weight
Must remember that obesity is not good at all. You need to maintain your body weight and don’t let it go out of control. For this, the major thing is to do exercise or walk every day. Change your lifestyle and spend some hours in gym every day. This boosts the immunity and provides the body enough power to fight against multiple diseases.
