Middle Eastern Turkey Dogs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cumin Powder
    1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander
    1 Teaspoons
    Ground
  • Ginger
    1 Teaspoons
  • Cinnamon
    1 Teaspoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Turkey
    1 Pounds
    Minced

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 225 degree Celsius mark.
2) Slightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
3) Take a bowl and mix together salt, pepepr, cinnamon, ginger, coriander and cumin.
4) In another bowl cumble the minced turkey using your fingers.
5) Add the prepared spice mixture to the bowl with the turkey and thoroughly mix using your hands.
6) Form ball shapes out of the mixture and roll those balls into a kebab shapes.
7) Heat up some oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Fry the prepared turkey dogs until evenly brown on all sides.
8) Once done, set up on the greased baking dish. Bake for 5 minutes time in the preheated oven. Serve!
