Ingredients:
- Turkey1 Pounds
- Bread Crumbs1/2 Cups
- Onion1/2Chopped
- Eggs1
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Maple Syrup1/2 Cups
- Ketchup1/2 Cups
- Mustard3 Tablespoons
- Vinegar1/4 Cups
- Vegetable Oil1/2 Cups
Preparation mode:
1) Flame the baking oven up to the 180 degree Celsius mark and slightly grease a baking dish.
2) Take a bowl and mix together egg, onion, bread crumbs and the minced turkey.
3) Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix and season well throughout.
4) Form pattie shapes out of the prepared mixture and set them up on the greased baking dish.
5) Take another bowl and whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, ketchup and maple syup.
6) Bake the prepared patties in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes time.
7) Flip the patties and cover with the prepared maple mixture. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
