Ingredients:
- Angel Hair Pasta8 Ounces
- Shredded Mozzarella Chees4
- Fresh Basil12Leaves
- Chopped Tomatoes3Medium
- Sliced Zucchini2Medium
- Crushed Garlic1 Tablespoons
- Olive Oil1
- Salt & PepperFor Taste
Preparation mode:
1) Boil lightly salted water in a large pot and cook angel hair
pasta into it for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and let dry.
2) In a skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat; add garlic and cook for few minutes until it turn golden brown.
3) Mix zucchini, pepper and salt and cook with garlic for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook them for couple of minutes. Remove from heat.
4) Now chop well fresh basil leaves and add to vegetables and combine with cooked pasta.
5) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and serve dish.
