Avacado Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Thawed & Frozen Corn Kernels
    16 Ounces
    1 Package
  • Drained & Sliced Ripe Olives
    2.25 Ounces
  • Lemon Juice
    1/4 Cups
  • Olive Oil
    1/3 Cups
  • Peeled & Diced Avocados
    4
  • Minced Garlic
    5 Cloves
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1
    Medium sized
  • Chopped Onion
    1
    Small
  • Cider Vinegar
    3 Tablespoons
  • Dried Oregano
    1 Teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Salt
    1/2 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1) Combine olives, corn kernels, onion and red bell pepper in a large bowl.
2) In another small bowl, mix minced garlic, cider vinegar, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Pour into corn mixture mix it well.
3) Now let it chill for 8 hours in refrigerator and stir in avocados before serving and enjoy salsa.
