Baked Turkey Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Turkey Wings
    5
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Onion
    1
    Chopped
  • Poultry Seasoning
    1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic
    1 Teaspoons
    Chopped
  • Water
    1.5 Cups
  • Cream Of Mushroom
    11 Ounces

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Fill a casserole dish with onion and the turkey wings.
3) Top with salt and black pepper to taste, followed by garlic and poultry seasoning.
4) Add half a cup water to a casserole dish and seal it.
5) Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven.
6) Take a bowl and whisk together 1 cup water and cream of mushroom soup.
7) Top the turkey wings with the prepared mushroom mixture.
8) Bake for 60 more minutes or until the wings are soft and tender. Serve right away!

I have been having this Baked Turkey Wings Recipe since my childhood and I have to say, I still crave for it when im hungry. This was and is one of my mother's absolute classics. Highly versatile and can be served with boiled rice, pasta or sauted vegetables.
