Upside Down Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Whole Turkey
    1
  • Butter
    1/2 Cups
  • Water
    1 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare your baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Wash turkey under warm water. Drain and leave aside. Also discard the giblets.
3) Set up the turkey upside down on a roasting pan. i.e with the breast facing down.
4) Stuff the inside of the turkey with 1/4 cup of butter. As for the remaining butter, pour it all over the sides of the turkey.
5) Add 1 cup of watet to the pan.
6) Roast for 3 hours time in the preheated oven. Leave to stand for 10 minutes before serving!
