Best Foods to Get Rid of Hangover
Did you drink too much at a friend’s party and now you’re paying in the form of hangover? If it is so, then certainly the problem can be dealt with a number of diets. Getting pounding headache, queasiness, dizziness, and unconsciousness are a part of life. Sometimes when you drink over than your capacity, your muscles can ache, and you may have to admit to hospital. But if the hangover is not that serious, then some foods can help. Check these best foods to get rid of hangover.
Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is highly recommended to get rid of hangover. Drink a glass of fresh lemon juice. It contains antioxidant properties that keep the blood circulation maintained and regulate your brain-power. Thus, hangover can be gotten rid of. If your friend is vomiting and has severe headache, and cannot even move due to extreme hang-over, take no time to offer him/her a glass or two of lemon juice without sugar.
Eat Bananas
Bananas are useful when you are drunk and peeing like a racehorse. Bananas have lots of ingredients that drain your body naturally from potassium. Eating one banana isn’t going to help, you have to eat a minimum of three or even more if your condition is getting serious and you’re unable to keep up with it. Peel bananas and continue eating, followed by drinking a glass of water. This is one of the best foods to get rid of hangover.
Ginger Roots
Not only the ginger but also ginger roots are helpful to treat nausea and seasickness. Having a hangover can lead you to become unconscious and out of control, just take a moment and get the roots out from the ginger instantly. Eat them in raw form and I bet this is going to help a lot. In case you can manage to remain vertical for 10 minutes, brew some ginger tea. Take fresh ginger roots and boil in water and sugar. Drink this once after every three to four hours.
Eat Honey
The mixture of honey and lemons is also good enough. Take a hot glass of water and add two lemons and two spoons of honey to it. Drink it to get rid of hangover. Honey has fructose, which competes for the metabolism of alcohol.
